WANGFISH.

Still vastly less disgusting than what I’d originally had in mind for this scene, by a long shot. Still the only bit that might be yanked by an editor at some point in the future. I could probably de-wang the piece and add in something equally creepy and less overtly genderish, but at this point in time I’m disinclined to do so. Truth be told, I don’t think there’s enough gross stuff in the story… but you just can’t do biomechanics without inviting the usual comparisons. One of these days I’ll figure out how to turn that into a force for eyeballs instead of criticism – until then, ATC’s visual style is staying where it is.
