Getting this one fixed was a lengthy exercise in un-fun. The biggest bit of un-fun was removing the publicity shot of the Z Machine I’d been using for the “back” of Xand’s diagnostic thinger – it makes the background look flatter, but it’s completely mine now – woot, woot.
Also, any pretext of song lyrics is gone – I’ve learned the hard way over the years that loud music doesn’t adapt itself very well to the sequential art form. I started to learn that here, and really learned it with the opening scenes of Dead City Radio.
I also killed the hollywoodOS “joke” in panel four. It was awful, and it’s horribly legible. Or rather, it was.
Mastering notes, 2016.12.06 – Minor visual adjustments to panel five.
