Templar : Tantek Cestric

Tantek has been working on assigment with the Terran regiment of the Templar since the field testing of the Waking God Protocols in the mid 1990s GM. He works as a team with Raven Lockheart, their abilities supplmenting each other almost seamlessly. Both Raven and Tantek exist outside of the defined heirarchy of Templar command, and have the authority to coopt and utilize any regional Templar resources whenever necessary.
