Alias
revised 2011.02.05 at 19:15
Addicaine N-6 Alias Aza'hel is far and above the most powerful telekineticist of the N series, and is to date the only "Chosen" to be successfully sequenced by the Addicaine Program. Deeply intuitive, highly observant, incredibly intelligent and yet improbably naive, Alias has been aware of his preferred status since puberty, despite no obvious preferential treatment and a program-wide order to never discuss his status. He is the only Addicaine whose sequencing records require executive clearance to view. As a result of the catastrophic loss of life and extensive ecological damage caused by the manifestation of his "talent," Alias carries several deeply-implanted time-release medical devices that inhibit his psionic ability. Even with these governors, at the age of 19 he is the most powerful telekinetic talent in living memory - capable of long range astral projection, levitation, and the repulsion of explosions and thousands of tons of debris.

Annathena Val
revised 2011.02.05 at 19:30
BMC Long Term Care patient 6656, Annathena Val (hence Val) is a Cognitive Empath, born with an incredibly rare neurological disorder that arises only under a "perfect storm" of genetic abnormalities - a condition afflicting roughly one out of every ten billion humans. In simple terms, Val's brain is a "receiver" that tunes in to the strongest signal in relative range - though in this case the signal isn't a radio tower, it's the human mind - and the "range" seems to have more to do with the strength of the transmission than its proximity.

Brandon James
revised 2010.03.11 at 16:51
Founded Heirotus in order to put his doctorate-equivalents in Xenoarcheology and Anthropology to use without academic interference. After a crucial classified discovery, James branched the company into high technology and has personally overseen the day-to-day operations of the FTL, communications, and eugenics divisions for the past 40 years. Only a few people high up in the company know the actual purpose of these programs, and all are sworn to secrecy.
First appearance (chronological) : Dead City Radio, Whitehouse -15-.
First appearance (production) : The Dualist, Priorities -2-.
Jason Whitehouse
revised 2010.03.14 at 18:19
The king of social engineering, the crown prince of noise, and a self-described "Post-American Eurotrash Electro-Snob." He's all about industrial, electronic, ambient, metal and gothic music, and has a well-researched interest in radio and telecommunications. While school is in session, Jason runs an ultra-low-powered unlicensed radio station - dubbed Dead City Radio - out of his base in his schools student apartments. He uses the station to inflict his musical taste on others, though he also broadcasts school news and the occasional request.
Whitehouse spent most of the 80s as an military brat in Europe, which is how his musical taste - and attitude - developed. When asked how he decided to head to Pittsburgh for higher eduction, his response was blunt - "I was aiming for California. I missed."
Major : Video Production
First appearance : Dead City Radio, Whitehouse -2-.
Judas Lang
revised 2010.11.21 at 16:34
A renowned psychometrist with years of experience working for the Federal Court system, Judas Lang has been contracted by Heirotus founder Brandon James to perform a "read" of the stellar artifact known as MBO-2.
Note: While above sentence is FAR from inclusive or accurate, it is a succinct description of Lang's appearance(s) to date.
First appearance : Dead City Radio, The Operative -21-.
Michael Yang
revised 2010.11.21 at 16:34
A veteran of the Federal Army, Yang served as the Chief of Heirotus Corporate Security from the time of the first MBO-1 Encounter until his near-death in early 569 (January 1968).
Note : A more detailed character synopsis would at this point only confuse things further, as Yang's history and future are as subject to adjustment and revision as the rest of the cast.
First appearance : Dead City Radio, Whitehouse -9-.
Thaddeus Gallahad
revised 2010.03.11 at 16:42
Following his Awakening in 598, Thad made several bad decisions and wound up deeply traumatized. He spent the next five years pummelling his higher self into oblivion with alcohol and any drugs he could get his hands on - a method of "self treatment" that ultimately fails, with spectacular consequences.
