Addicaine N-6 Alias Aza'hel is far and above the most powerful telekinetic talent of the N series, and is to date the only "Chosen" to be successfully sequenced by the Addicaine Program. Deeply intuitive, highly observant, incredibly intelligent and improbably naive, Alias has been aware of his preferred status since puberty, despite no obvious preferential treatment and a program-wide order to never discuss his status. He is the only Addicaine whose sequencing records require executive clearance to view. As a result of the catastrophic loss of life and extensive ecological damage caused by the manifestation of his "talent," Alias carries several deeply-implanted time-release medical devices that inhibit his telekinetic ability. Even with these governors, at the age of 19 he is the most powerful telekinetic talent in living memory - capable of long range projection, levitation, and the repulsion of explosions and thousands of tons of debris.

A being with a talent for astral projection, possessing some form of teleportation ability.
Dyluck incarnated as Thaddeus Gallahad and remained in a dormant state until Awoken in 1997. Thad's cognitive dissonance forced her back into a dormant state until 2002. Thad - her "lower self" - bifurcated his awareness in an attempt to expell what he perceived to be a form of possession. The expelled half took hold in the mind of Annathena Val, at which point Dyluck, with no pesky Ego getting in the way, set out to reunify herself.

Colonized in the 16th century, Helios is a highly developed world and the corporate headquarters of Heirotus. Industrial output peaked well before Heirotus came along, though heavy investment and development by Heirotus snapped the planetary economy out of a long period of torpor. Unfortunately, industrial output has been sharply curtailed by a recent period of geologic instability.
Major planet-side industries and resources include electronics, aquaculture, and hydrocarbons. While a good amount of Heirotus hardware is still manufactured on the surface, the company shipyards and BTS production lines are scattered throughout the cluster.
Kendra Pell

Lieutenant Kendra Pell is a member of Kolg Saerai Lodge assigned to the Templar Space Mobility Command. SMC is equivalent to the USN Military Sealift Command or the USAF Air Mobility Command, making Kendra a glorified bus driver with a very long route.

The Waking God Protocols (full title The Waking God Protocols : Human History & What You Can Do About It) is a Templar operations manual written by Judas Lang. A loosely structured collection of essays, reports, historical findings and diatribes peppered with technical diagrams and DNA sequences, the book claims to reveal the true origins of the human race, details the war the humans fought for independence from the overseers, claims that the extinct alien race will return and lays out a series of methods and means for preparing humanity for the coming war.

Heirotus is the galaxy's premiere manufacturer of mass abstraction hardware, a leader in carbon computing and genetic engineering, and the sole manufacturer of the Biomagnetic Transfer System (BTS), humanity's first entirely synthetic means of FTL travel. The company originally specialized in academic research until a crucial discovery in the early 1960s generated a massive patent portfolio, making Heirotus founder and sole shareholder Brandon James the richest man in the galaxy.

Founded by Judas Lang almost immediately after he left Heirotus, Expert Technologies Limited (ETL) dominates the recreational genetics and carbon computing markets. While ETLs' primary business is the medical and recreational manipulation of the human genome, the company has also taken an interest in advanced electronics, ballistics, and various heavy lift technologies.
ETL was sued by Heirotus immediately after its first patent filing. The case was settled in ETL's favor prior to discovery.
Bethlehem Medical Centre

Bethlehem Medical Centre (BMC) is a hospital and detention facility located in the first parallel universe attached to Earth (aka "Earth 2.0"). Were it in this universe, the building would be a short drive from Elmira, New York.
During the events of Dead City Radio and The Dualist, BMC is the headquarters of Thule Garrison. The facility is equipped with silicon and carbon mainframes, biomagnetic concentrators, a BMRI, advanced Cycom mental visualization hardware, an internal video telephone system, and a satellite uplink. The main building sits on top of a "fallout block," with at least three large sub-levels underneath.
