20090815 (31) – I took a shot at this early on, didn’t like the results, and tabled it for a re-render. The time came, and the CG situation was, shall we say… asinine. The first of the re-renders to go prep-prep-prep-prep-STOP – a state I became very familiar with during the initial production run, a state that translates into hurry up and wait. For DAYS. I don’t have the time, I don’t have the CPU, and I’m very fortunate that I rendered this out full-frame (2250×3000 for 1e), as the masked-off gutters gave me the space I needed to scale this one into place without bumping Xand’s elbow completely out of frame.
