Cross-fade from the last panel of the previous page to closed eyes as the audio fades out (James and entourage audibly walking away; hiss of door closing). Eyes open.

Not particularly obvious, in panel five or panel one of Fire -7-, is the fact that the hatch to West’s compartment – B4 – is standing open. It’s super obvious on the next page, though – that’s a thing that is done, has been done for awhile, and will hopefully be posted next week.

Shortly after Fire -9- went up I spent a weekend in San Francisco, which is a thing I’m still processing. A few minutes after I got home Fallout 4 was released, and the day after I finished scraping the endgame achievements I finally visited Copacetic Comics and attended my first Pittsburgh Comics Salon.

It’s been an eventful month. Now I need a productive month, and shipping stuff that’s done is a step in that direction.
