00:49 < Slip> “fuck this place”… this is so… motto worthy
00:51 * bda really liked the “receding” line from the previous comic.

Overhauled extensively from the original layout – a couple of small dialogue changes, and everything else to either compensate for the bridge layout or eliminate redundancies. Ultimately, the original layout was crap and this one is far superior. I’ve made similar changes to the next page, which should make it easier to chunk out.

Modeling-wise, I’m set for the next two pages – then I need to make some adjustments to the Daedalus. I ought to be working on that now, but I’ve been spending some of my free time modeling bits that will be used in TV Chapter 3.

With the rest of my free time, I’ve been playing Castlevania: Circle Of The Moon, which I picked up used at the local Record Exchange along with Harmony Of Dissonance. I’m playing it on a Nintendo DS, so I’m totally not filing the ‘it looks like mud. MUD!!’ complaint that everyone who’s played it on the GBA has mentioned. The game looks great – crisper graphics and higher contrast than the washed-out 8-bit pastels of HoD (aka Castlevania: Backtrack Of Tedium) or AoS. It’s a fun game – my only complaint about CoM is that it ought to be called Castlevania: Knockback Of Frustration. Seriously. The knockback is ballistic. Otherwise, probably my favorite GBA Castlevania.
